Amend SB 2442 (House committee printing) as follows:                         

(1)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, following reenacted and 	amended Section 11.18(d)(21), Tax Code (page 5, line 1), strike 
"or" and substitute "[or]".
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, in reenacted and amended 
Section 11.18(d)(22), Tax Code, between "land bank" and the period 
(page 5, line 4), insert the following:

; or                                                                   
		(23)  operating a radio station that broadcasts 
educational, cultural, or other public interest programming, 
including classical music, and that in the preceding five years has 
received or been selected to receive one or more grants from the 
Corporation for Public Broadcasting under 47 U.S.C. Section 396, as 
amended
