The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend SB 2468 (house committee printing) by adding the 
following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and 
renumbering existing SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:
	SECTION ____. Section 172.003(3), Local Government Code, is 
amended to read as follows:
		(3) "Political Subdivision" means a county, 
municipality, special district, school district, junior college 
district, housing authority, or other political subdivision of this 
[the] state or any other state.
