81(R) SB 2553 - 2nd reading F2 (S)

Amend SB 2553, in SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 
240.909, Local Government Code (committee printing page 1, between 
lines 28 and 29), by adding Subsection (e) to read as follows:
	(e)  This subchapter, or an order or zoning regulation 
adopted under this subchapter, does not apply to the facilities or 
operations of an electric utility as defined by Section 31.002, 
Utilities Code, or a gas utility as defined by Section 101.003 or 
121.001, Utilities Code.
