Amend CSSJR 18 (Senate committee printing), in SECTION 1 of 
the resolution, added Section 49-k(e-1), Article III, Texas 
Constitution (page 1, line 31), by striking "legislature" and 
substituting "entity designated by the legislature in the general 
law".
