Amend CSSJR 42 (Senate committee printing) in SECTION 2 of 
the joint resolution (page 1, lines 29 and 30), by striking "The 
constitutional amendment to prohibit the taking of property for 
certain purposes." and substituting "The constitutional amendment 
to prohibit the taking of property for transfer to a private entity 
for the primary purpose of economic development or enhancement of 
tax revenues."
