A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
|
|
|
AN ACT
|
| |
|
|
relating to the regulation of employer-based day-care facilities. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
|
SECTION 1. Section 42.151(2), Human Resources Code, is |
|
|
amended to read as follows: |
|
|
(2) "Small employer" means a corporation, |
|
|
partnership, sole proprietorship, or other legal entity that |
|
|
employs fewer than 100 [50] full-time employees. |
|
|
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2009. |
