| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 5, Chapter 453, Acts of the 73rd | ||
| Legislature, Regular Session, 1993, is amended by adding Subsection | ||
| (c) to read as follows: | ||
| (c) Section 36.121, Water Code, does not apply to the | ||
| district. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2009. | ||
