AN ACT
|
|
|
relating to the compensation of certain court administrators. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
|
SECTION 1. Section 75.401(d), Government Code, is amended |
|
|
to read as follows: |
|
|
(d) A court administrator is entitled to reasonable |
|
|
compensation as set by the commissioners court [in an amount not to
|
|
|
exceed 70 percent of the salary paid by the county to the judges]. |
|
|
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2009. |
