HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
         WHEREAS, Words cannot adequately express the sorrow felt at
  the untimely loss of Natalie Rhea Skipworth of Paris, Texas, who
  passed away on May 16, 2009, at the age of 25; and
         WHEREAS, Born on November 1, 1983, to Pam and Raymond
  Skipworth in Lewisville, Natalie Skipworth was a caring mother to
  her daughter, Kaylee; she had exceptional compassion for others,
  and her optimism, outgoing personality, and ever-present smile
  brought joy into the hearts of everyone she met; and
         WHEREAS, Although her life came to an end far too soon, this
  beloved young woman will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by
  all those who had the good fortune to share in her love and
  friendship; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the 81st Legislature of the State of Texas
  hereby pay tribute to the life of Natalie Rhea Skipworth and extend
  sincere sympathy to the members of her family: to her daughter,
  Kaylee Nicole Skipworth; to her mother and stepfather, Pam and Mark
  Boswell; to her father, Raymond Skipworth; to her sisters, Ashley
  Skipworth, Brittany Boswell, and Amanda Rudd; to her grandparents,
  John and Mary Madewell, Patricia and Robert Freeman, Nell Boswell,
  and Judy and Lester Morman; and to her other relatives and many
  friends; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives and Senate adjourn this day, they do so in memory of
  Natalie Skipworth.
