CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
|
|
WHEREAS, Words cannot adequately express the sorrow felt at |
|
the untimely loss of Natalie Rhea Skipworth of Paris, Texas, who |
|
passed away on May 16, 2009, at the age of 25; and |
|
WHEREAS, Born on November 1, 1983, to Pam and Raymond |
|
Skipworth in Lewisville, Natalie Skipworth was a caring mother to |
|
her daughter, Kaylee; she had exceptional compassion for others, |
|
and her optimism, outgoing personality, and ever-present smile |
|
brought joy into the hearts of everyone she met; and |
|
WHEREAS, Although her life came to an end far too soon, this |
|
beloved young woman will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by |
|
all those who had the good fortune to share in her love and |
|
friendship; now, therefore, be it |
|
RESOLVED, That the 81st Legislature of the State of Texas |
|
hereby pay tribute to the life of Natalie Rhea Skipworth and extend |
|
sincere sympathy to the members of her family: to her daughter, |
|
Kaylee Nicole Skipworth; to her mother and stepfather, Pam and Mark |
|
Boswell; to her father, Raymond Skipworth; to her sisters, Ashley |
|
Skipworth, Brittany Boswell, and Amanda Rudd; to her grandparents, |
|
John and Mary Madewell, Patricia and Robert Freeman, Nell Boswell, |
|
and Judy and Lester Morman; and to her other relatives and many |
|
friends; and, be it further |
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of |
|
Representatives and Senate adjourn this day, they do so in memory of |
|
Natalie Skipworth. |
