HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Friends and family are mourning the loss of David |
|
|
Charles Buster of Caviness, who passed away on May 21, 2009, at the |
|
|
age of 78; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Born in Caviness on April 6, 1931, to C. W. and Ella |
|
|
Buster, David Buster graduated from Central High School; he married |
|
|
the former Janie Stanley in 1949, and the couple raised four |
|
|
children and enjoyed 57 years together before Mrs. Buster's death |
|
|
in 2007; fortunate enough to find love a second time, he was |
|
|
subsequently joined in matrimony to Martha Dennis; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. Buster owned and operated his family's trucking |
|
|
business and also worked as a rancher and a road contractor; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Although he will be deeply missed, David Buster |
|
|
leaves his loved ones with countless fond memories of the happy |
|
|
times they spent in his company; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the 81st Legislature of the State of Texas |
|
|
hereby pay tribute to the life of David Charles Buster and extend |
|
|
sincere sympathy to the members of his family: to his wife, Martha |
|
|
Dennis; to his children, Peggy Robinson, Patti Buster, Mark Buster, |
|
|
and Judy Daughtrey and her husband, Sonny; to his grandchildren, |
|
|
Davy Bivens and his wife, Laura, Wesley Buster, Judd Bivens and his |
|
|
wife, Shelly, Cody Sanders and his wife, Jana, Josh Bivens and his |
|
|
wife, Krystal, Shelly Pope and her husband, Jeremy, Marcie Termin, |
|
|
Cassidy Emeyabbi and her husband, Ernie, Bailee Roberts, Amber |
|
|
Beyleryan and her husband, David, Kimberly Smith and her husband, |
|
|
Andy, and Rance and Reece Buster; to his 13 great-grandchildren; |
|
|
and to his other relatives and many friends; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of |
|
|
Representatives and Senate adjourn this day, they do so in memory of |
|
|
David Buster. |
