R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Family and friends have sustained a profound loss
  with the untimely passing of Frederick Henry Eissler of West
  Chester, Pennsylvania, on November 17, 2008, at the age of 20; and
         WHEREAS, Mr. Eissler was the eldest child of five born to Fred
  and Helene Eissler and was a devoted big brother to his four
  sisters; a 2007 graduate of Archmere Academy in Delaware, where he
  played on the football team for four years, he also completed a year
  of studies at the Naval Academy Preparatory School; in July 2008, he
  realized a lifelong dream when he entered the United States Naval
  Academy as a member of the 22nd Company, and this determined young
  man planned to follow in his father's footsteps and serve his nation
  as a navy pilot; and
         WHEREAS, Blessed with a gregarious and cheerful personality
  that won him the respect and friendship of his fellow students,
  Midshipman Eissler played intramural sports at the academy and was
  a disciplined student who exhibited strong loyalty to his loved
  ones and to his principles; and
         WHEREAS, During his years on this earth, Frederick Henry
  Eissler brightened the lives of countless people with his
  ever-present smile and hearty laugh; although his life ended far
  too soon, memories of his kindness and dedication will be forever
  cherished by those fortunate enough to have known him; now,
  therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Midshipman Frederick
  Henry Eissler and extend sincere sympathy to the members of his
  family: to his parents, Helene and Frederick Eissler; to his
  sisters; and to his other relatives and many friends; and, be it
  further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Frederick
  Henry Eissler.
