R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
WHEREAS, March 14, 2009, signals the beginning of a new |
|
chapter in the lives of Jeana Renee' Pierce Brooks and Richard Allen |
|
Culp of Crockett, for on that day they will exchange their wedding |
|
vows and embark on a rewarding journey together as husband and wife; |
|
and |
|
WHEREAS, Ms. Brooks and Mr. Culp will be joined in matrimony |
|
at Porter Springs Baptist Church before welcoming their guests at a |
|
reception being held at Mosley Ranch Deer Lodge; and |
|
WHEREAS, Sharing in the celebration is the bride's son, |
|
Charles Pierce "Chase" Brooks, who calls Richard Culp his "Daddy on |
|
Earth"; and |
|
WHEREAS, Mr. Culp, an electrician for Conam Construction |
|
Company, met Ms. Brooks, a former employee of State Representative |
|
Chuck Hopson, in 2007, at the Crockett Area Chamber of Commerce, |
|
where Ms. Brooks currently serves as president; the pair look |
|
forward to making their home together in Crockett; and |
|
WHEREAS, The wedding of Ms. Brooks and Mr. Culp marks a |
|
profound deepening of a relationship that has grown in love, |
|
respect, and mutual regard with each passing day, and it is truly a |
|
pleasure to honor this fortunate couple as they are united in |
|
marriage; now, therefore, be it |
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Jeana Renee' Pierce Brooks and |
|
Richard Allen Culp on the joyous occasion of their wedding and |
|
extend to them sincere best wishes for a lifetime of happiness; and, |
|
be it further |
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
prepared for the couple as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
House of Representatives. |
