R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Ofelia L. Grenier of El Paso passed away on January |
|
|
16, 2009, at the age of 73, leaving her loved ones with many happy |
|
|
memories of the time spent in her company; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, A valued resident of the community since 1970, Mrs. |
|
|
Grenier was a true and faithful friend to many, a devoted mother, |
|
|
and a doting grandmother; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Held in the highest regard by all who knew her, Mrs. |
|
|
Grenier will be deeply missed, but she will always be remembered |
|
|
with great tenderness and affection by those who were privileged to |
|
|
share in her life; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Ofelia L. Grenier |
|
|
and extend sincere sympathy to the members of her family: to her |
|
|
mother, Angelina Licon; to her sons, Maurice Grenier and his wife, |
|
|
Pilar, and Richard Grenier and his wife, Marisa; to her daughter, |
|
|
Lise M. Rocha; to her brothers, Rafael, Pedro, and Luis; to her |
|
|
sisters, Alicia, Marta, Gloria, Alma, and Hortensia; to her |
|
|
grandchildren, Nicole, Jose Mauricio, Andre, Crysta, Richard, |
|
|
Maurice, and Denise; and to her other relatives and friends; and, be |
|
|
it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of |
|
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Ofelia L. |
|
|
Grenier. |
