R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
WHEREAS, Dr. Paul I. Rubin of Frisco has contributed to the |
|
well-being of countless young Texans through his vital work as a |
|
board certified pediatric dentist; and |
|
WHEREAS, A graduate of The Texas A&M Health Science Center |
|
Baylor College of Dentistry and a diplomate of the American Board of |
|
Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Rubin earned his doctor of dental surgery |
|
degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center in San |
|
Antonio; he gained his pediatric expertise through residency |
|
training at Baylor's Dental Clinics, Children's Medical Center, and |
|
Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children; and |
|
WHEREAS, Dr. Rubin practices at Frisco Kids Dentistry, where |
|
he emphasizes preventative care and strives to educate parents |
|
about how to best safeguard their children's dental health; |
|
together with his wife, Staci, Dr. Rubin has two children, Sam and |
|
Natalie; and |
|
WHEREAS, By helping children to attain good dental health |
|
Dr. Paul Rubin is making a worthwhile contribution to his |
|
community, and he may take great pride in his professional |
|
achievements; now, therefore, be it |
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |
|
Legislature hereby honor Dr. Paul I. Rubin for his notable work in |
|
the field of pediatric dentistry and extend to him sincere best |
|
wishes for continued success and happiness; and, be it further |
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
prepared for Dr. Rubin as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
House of Representatives. |
