R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Analisa Richards of Helotes won the prize for the |
|
|
grand champion goat at the 2009 Bexar County Junior Livestock Show; |
|
|
and |
|
|
WHEREAS, A senior at Sandra Day O'Connor High School, Ms. |
|
|
Richards is a member of the O'Connor FFA organization and takes part |
|
|
in FFA career and leadership development activities at her high |
|
|
school; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, In all of her endeavors, she enjoys the support and |
|
|
encouragement of her parents, Teresa Herrera and Lyle Richards, and |
|
|
her grandparents, Andy and Rosa Herrera and Walter and Betty |
|
|
Richards; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Analisa Richards exercised commendable |
|
|
determination and know-how in raising her prize-winning animal, and |
|
|
she may wear her championship belt buckle with pride as a symbol of |
|
|
her outstanding accomplishment; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Analisa Richards for winning the |
|
|
prize for the grand champion goat at the 2009 Bexar County Junior |
|
|
Livestock Show and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued |
|
|
success; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Richards as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
