R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Family and friends are mourning the loss of
  Castleman Andrews III of Round Rock, who died on January 20, 2009,
  at the age of 61; and
         WHEREAS, Cas Andrews was born in Greenville on September 12,
  1947, the son of Castleman Mazyck Andrews, Jr., and Bernice Lee
  Henson Andrews; Mr. Andrews had worked for the Better Business
  Bureau, and at the time of his death, he was a district manager of
  the Texas Restaurant Association; and
         WHEREAS, Known for his warmhearted personality and his sense
  of humor, Mr. Andrews took great pleasure in meeting people and
  making new friends; he enjoyed saltwater fishing and golf, and he
  was an avid fan of college football; and
         WHEREAS, An individual who brightened the lives of many
  people, Cas Andrews will long be remembered with great admiration
  and affection by all who knew and loved him; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Castleman Andrews III
  and extend sincere condolences to the members of his family: to his
  son, Lee Andrews; to his brothers, Robie Andrews and his wife,
  Carolyn, and Bill Andrews; and to his other relatives and friends;
  and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in honor of Cas Andrews.
