R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Cody Ray has graduated from the Justin Community |
|
|
Volunteer Fire Department Academy, and this accomplishment truly |
|
|
merits special recognition; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Serving the town of Justin in Denton County, the |
|
|
courageous members of this volunteer fire department play a vital |
|
|
role in protecting the lives and property of their fellow citizens; |
|
|
and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. Ray has completed the stringent training program |
|
|
required of volunteer firefighters, and by meeting the academy's |
|
|
requirements for graduation, he has won the respect and admiration |
|
|
of his peers and the gratitude of his community; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The welfare of small towns across Texas is greatly |
|
|
enhanced by the heroism and dedication of volunteer firefighters, |
|
|
and Cody Ray may take justifiable pride in his commitment to serve |
|
|
and protect the citizens of Justin; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Cody Ray on his graduation from the |
|
|
Justin Community Volunteer Fire Department Academy and that he be |
|
|
extended sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Ray as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
