R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Loretta Class, a legislative assistant for
  Representative Frank Corte, is taking time from a busy legislative
  session to celebrate her 26th birthday on April 6, 2009; and
         WHEREAS, The daughter of Jim and Mary Esther Class and the
  sister of Esther Class George, Ms. Class is a bona fide Aggie who
  graduated from Texas A&M in 2006 with a degree in political science;
  and
         WHEREAS, Having learned about politics in theory at A&M,
  Ms. Class is now getting a close-up view of politics in practice, as
  a valued member of Representative Corte's staff since January of
  this year; and
         WHEREAS, Ms. Class is an active young woman who enjoys
  traveling and running, energetic pastimes that also happen to
  provide excellent training for that marathon obstacle course known
  as the Texas legislative session; and
         WHEREAS, She also brings to her job diligence, an easygoing
  nature, and a stress-relieving wit, earning her the respect,
  affection, and appreciative laughter of her coworkers; and
         WHEREAS, Loretta Class has proven herself to be a young Texan
  of great ability and promise, and her winning combination of
  intelligence, energy, and good humor indeed bode well for her
  future; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
  Legislature hereby congratulate Loretta Class on her 26th birthday
  and extend to her best wishes for many more happy birthdays to come;
  and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Ms. Class as an expression of high regard by the Texas
  House of Representatives, after which, she should go back to work.
