R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, The Texas House of Representatives is proud to |
|
|
recognize Tommy Takyi-Micah for his exemplary work as a legislative |
|
|
assistant in the office of State Representative Jim Dunnam; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Takyi-Micah has brought |
|
|
an unsurpassed level of dedication, enthusiasm, and care to every |
|
|
task he has carried out, from studying legislation and meeting with |
|
|
constituents to maintaining necessary supplies for the office, and |
|
|
he is indeed deserving of special recognition for his notable |
|
|
efforts; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. Takyi-Micah has made invaluable contributions |
|
|
to the State of Texas as a legislative assistant, and |
|
|
Representative Dunnam and his staff are sure that the Baylor |
|
|
graduate will make an excellent first-grade teacher--or perhaps |
|
|
even a public official--in the near future; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend Tommy Takyi-Micah for his service as a |
|
|
legislative assistant and extend to him sincere best wishes for |
|
|
continued success; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Takyi-Micah as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
