R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Family and friends of Alfredo Bruno Sepulveda were
  greatly saddened by his passing on September 28, 2007, at the age of
  89; and
         WHEREAS, Born on October 6, 1917, Mr. Sepulveda served his
  country with distinction during World War II and was later employed
  for 37 years as a civil servant; a man of many talents, he was an
  inventor, a chemist, a carpenter, an electrician, and an artist,
  and he was also a dedicated leader who shared his time with the
  Society of St. Vincent de Paul and the Knights of Columbus; and
         WHEREAS, After the passing of his first wife, Josephina
  Sepulveda, Mr. Sepulveda was fortunate to find love again with Mary
  Lozano Sepulveda, with whom he enjoyed a fulfilling marriage;
  moreover, he took great pride in his 8 children,
  5 stepchildren, 32 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren,
  4 step-great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild; and
         WHEREAS, Alfredo Sepulveda inspired others with his
  kindness, generosity, and wisdom, and although he will be deeply
  missed, memories of time spent in his company will be forever
  treasured by all those who were privileged to know him; now,
  therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Alfredo Bruno
  Sepulveda and extend sincere sympathy to his loved ones; and, be it
  further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Alfredo
  Bruno Sepulveda.
