R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Bill and Dottie Kyle of Salado celebrated their 50th |
|
|
wedding anniversary on April 11, 2009, and they may indeed reflect |
|
|
with joy on the rewarding relationship they have shared; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Bill Kyle and the former Dottie Parker exchanged the |
|
|
vows of matrimony in 1959, and over the course of their marriage, |
|
|
they have found in one another a loving life partner; Mr. Kyle |
|
|
served in the U.S. Navy and is retired from Texas Instruments; Mrs. |
|
|
Kyle worked for Scott & White Hospital; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Kyle count among their blessings a fine |
|
|
family that includes two children and their spouses, Warren Kyle |
|
|
and his wife, Patti, and Alan Kyle and his wife, Cheryl, as well as |
|
|
six grandchildren, with whom they share the many special occasions |
|
|
of life; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, For half a century, Bill and Dottie Kyle have |
|
|
brought to their marriage laughter, kindness, and devotion, and it |
|
|
is a pleasure to honor them for their enduring commitment; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Bill and Dottie Kyle on their |
|
|
golden wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes |
|
|
for continued happiness; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Kyle as an expression of high regard by |
|
|
the Texas House of Representatives. |
