R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, During the 81st Legislative Session, Chelsea Reilly
  has provided invaluable service as an intern with the Select
  Committee on Federal Economic Stabilization Funding through the
  Baylor University Bob Bullock Scholars Program; and
         WHEREAS, Established in 2000 to honor the memory of
  Lieutenant Governor Bob Bullock, the program promotes the study of
  politics among Baylor University students; and
         WHEREAS, Each student works for a house or senate member on a
  full-time basis during the legislative session to learn firsthand
  about the workings of state government; the Bob Bullock Scholars
  Program is a model for those who seek to serve others through a
  career in public service; and
         WHEREAS, Through her work as an intern, Ms. Reilly has
  enhanced her knowledge of the legislative process and gained unique
  insight into how the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009
  will affect the State of Texas; and
         WHEREAS, In recognition of her professional, steadfast, and
  enthusiastic manner, Ms. Reilly was given additional duties and
  served in the capacity of committee clerk; she has demonstrated
  notable dedication, and her efforts represent the highest standards
  of the Baylor University Bob Bullock Scholars Program; now,
  therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
  Legislature hereby honor Chelsea Reilly for her exemplary service
  as a legislative intern with the Select Committee on Federal
  Economic Stabilization Funding and extend to her sincere best
  wishes for continued success in all her endeavors; and, be it
  further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Ms. Reilly as an expression of high regard by the Texas
  House of Representatives.
