R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Friends and family are mourning the loss of Sandra
  Kay Nutt of West, who passed away on April 3, 2009, at the age of 64;
  and
         WHEREAS, Born on June 1, 1944, to Loren and Juanita Plemons in
  Odessa, the former Sandy Plemons graduated from Waco High School
  and worked for Oncor for 13 years; she was a woman of boundless
  creativity, who took great joy in making jewelry and completing
  other arts and crafts projects; and
         WHEREAS, This devoted wife, mother, and grandmother enjoyed
  47 years of rewarding matrimony with her husband, James Nutt, who
  preceded her in death; the couple raised a loving family that grew
  to include two daughters, Gina and Debbie; with the passing years,
  the family expanded to a third generation, and Mrs. Nutt delighted
  in spending time in the company of her three grandsons, Dalton,
  Blake, and Justin; and
         WHEREAS, Sandy Nutt lived a full and generous life, and those
  who had the privilege of knowing her will continue to treasure their
  memories of this caring woman long into the future; now, therefore,
  be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Sandra Kay Nutt and
  extend sincere sympathy to the members of her family: to her
  children, Gina Middleton and her husband, David, and Debbie
  Vieregge and her husband, Greg; to her grandchildren, Dalton
  Middleton, Blake Hamilton and his wife, Brandi, and Justin
  Hamilton; to her siblings, Carl Plemons and his wife, Barbara, and
  Robert Plemons and his wife, Pat; and to her other relatives and
  friends; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Sandra Kay
  Nutt.
