R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Travis Bowden has provided indispensable support to |
|
|
the office of Representative Diana Maldonado as a legislative |
|
|
intern; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Managing his many responsibilities in an |
|
|
exceptional manner, Mr. Bowden was both fast on the draw in |
|
|
answering the phone and a helpful listener to the concerns of |
|
|
callers; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The son of Valerie and Billy Bowden, he was born in |
|
|
Houston and raised in Round Rock, where he graduated from Stony |
|
|
Point High School; he is majoring in economics with a minor in |
|
|
Spanish at The University of Texas at Austin; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Travis Bowden has helped to ensure that the |
|
|
constituents of House District 52 and the citizens of the Lone Star |
|
|
State have been well represented throughout the session, and he is |
|
|
indeed deserving of special recognition; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend Travis Bowden for his service in the |
|
|
office of State Representative Diana Maldonado and extend to him |
|
|
sincere best wishes for continued success and happiness; and, be it |
|
|
further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Bowden as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
