R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, During the 81st Legislature, Zachary D. Almandoz has |
|
|
ably served his fellow Texans as an intern in the office of State |
|
|
Representative Charlie Howard; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. Almandoz spent his early education at the |
|
|
International School of Bontang, Indonesia, and is a graduate of |
|
|
Cypress Creek High School in Houston, where he played varsity golf |
|
|
on the 2004 district championship team; he has attended Tyler |
|
|
Junior College and the University of Houston, and he now studies |
|
|
business administration and finance at Texas State University; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This noteworthy Texan has contributed to the |
|
|
workings of state government firsthand; in addition to learning |
|
|
more about the legislative process and the issues facing citizens |
|
|
of the Lone Star State, he has gained valuable work experience in |
|
|
the field of public service; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. Almandoz has performed his duties as a |
|
|
legislative intern with skill and dedication, and he is indeed |
|
|
deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, therefore, |
|
|
be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend Zachary D. Almandoz for his service as a |
|
|
legislative intern in the office of State Representative Charlie |
|
|
Howard and extend to him warmest best wishes for great success in |
|
|
all his future endeavors; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Almandoz as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
