R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, The Texas House of Representatives is pleased to |
|
|
express its gratitude to Tom Whatley, director of the House |
|
|
Research Organization, whose hard work throughout this legislative |
|
|
session has greatly benefited the members of this chamber; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, The House Research Organization provides factual |
|
|
and analytical information about house legislation; its concisely |
|
|
formatted reports and digests cover nearly 1,000 bills and joint |
|
|
resolutions each session, and during the interim, it continues to |
|
|
produce special reports on a wide range of timely issues; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This skilled professional has demonstrated tireless |
|
|
commitment in behalf of the 81st Legislature, and his outstanding |
|
|
contributions to state government indeed merit special |
|
|
recognition; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend Tom Whatley for his dedicated service as |
|
|
a legislative employee; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Whatley as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
