R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
WHEREAS, Sandy Pickell has provided indispensable support to |
|
the office of Representative Terri Hodge during the 81st |
|
Legislative Session; and |
|
WHEREAS, Retired from a quarter-century of service with the |
|
Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Ms. Pickell brought a wealth |
|
of experience to her position as a legislative aide, and her |
|
knowledge and insight have proved invaluable to her employer; and |
|
WHEREAS, Ms. Pickell has consistently gone above and beyond |
|
the call of duty in her post; she has worked extensively with the |
|
House Committee on Corrections, and her efforts have been |
|
beneficial to ensuring the best interests of many Texas citizens; |
|
and |
|
WHEREAS, Sandy Pickell has performed her duties with skill |
|
and dedication, and her conscientious efforts and professionalism |
|
have earned her wide respect and appreciation; now, therefore, be |
|
it |
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |
|
Legislature hereby commend Sandy Pickell for her service as a |
|
legislative aide in the office of State Representative Terri Hodge |
|
and extend to her best wishes for continued success and happiness; |
|
and, be it further |
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
prepared for Ms. Pickell as an expression of high regard by the |
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
