R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Friends and family are mourning the loss of Linda
  Gail Wells of Waxahachie, who passed away on March 7, 2009, at the
  age of 59; and
         WHEREAS, Born on February 12, 1950, to Walter and Onie Rogers
  Trammell, the former Linda Trammell graduated from Waxahachie High
  School and worked in the insurance field throughout her life,
  including five years as an account manager for Ellis County
  Insurance Agency in Waxahachie and 35 years at Continental-CNA
  Insurance in Dallas; she and her husband, Bobby Wells, were blessed
  with a daughter, Misty, and later saw their family grow to include a
  granddaughter, Brittany; and
         WHEREAS, Ms. Wells was a woman of strong faith whose
  enthusiastic participation in activities at South Prong Baptist
  Church earned her the affection and friendship of her fellow
  congregants; she sang in the quartet and made sure that visitors
  felt welcome at worship services and other church functions; and
         WHEREAS, Although Linda Wells will be deeply missed,
  cherished memories of time spent in her company will forever be
  treasured by those who shared in the richness of her life; now,
  therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Linda Gail Wells and
  extend sincere sympathy to the members of her family: to her
  husband, Bobby Wells; to her daughter, Misty Wells; to her
  granddaughter, Brittany Wells; to her siblings, Ray Trammell and
  his wife, Anne, Winford Trammell and his wife, Ruth, Etta Mae
  McBride, Imogene Conder, Faye Browning and her husband, Edward,
  Mary Choate, and Melba O'Daniel and her husband, Ernest; to her
  brother-in-law, H. L. Huddleston; and to her other relatives and
  many friends; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Linda
  Wells.
