| WHEREAS, August 9, 2008, was indeed a special day in the lives | ||
| of Amy Lindley Herzog and Gregory James Herzog, for on that day they | ||
| became the proud parents of a darling baby boy, Nathan James Herzog; | ||
| and | ||
| WHEREAS, Their handsome son weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces, and | ||
| measured 21 inches in length when he made his much-anticipated | ||
| arrival at 12:39 p.m. in Austin; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Nathan's birth brought great happiness to his | ||
| parents, to his grandparents, Michael and Lynn Lindley and Karl and | ||
| Cathy Herzog, and to his great-grandparents, Richard and Patricia | ||
| Pierce and Cliff and Nelda Hazlewood; now nine months old, he is | ||
| currently impressing his loved ones with his ability to crawl and | ||
| pull up; and | ||
| WHEREAS, Blessed with a proud Lone Star heritage, Nathan | ||
| Herzog will surely thrive in the loving embrace of his parents, | ||
| extended family, and friends--a circle that will treasure and | ||
| nurture this fine young Texan with all the devotion that he | ||
| deserves; now, therefore, be it | ||
| RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas | ||
| Legislature hereby congratulate Amy Lindley Herzog and Gregory | ||
| James Herzog on the birth of their cherished son and extend to | ||
| Nathan James Herzog warmest best wishes for a bright and promising | ||
| future; and, be it further | ||
| RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be | ||
| prepared for the family as an expression of high regard by the Texas | ||
| House of Representatives. | ||
