R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Dr. Adam Corley of the Brazosport Regional Health |
|
|
System was named one of Houston's Top Doctors by H Texas magazine in |
|
|
2009; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Honorees for this notable accolade are nominated by |
|
|
their peers and by readers of H Texas, and the magazine's staff |
|
|
compiles a list of the top two percent of the most qualified |
|
|
physicians in the Bayou City; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Adam Corley earned his medical degree from The |
|
|
University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston; he currently |
|
|
holds the position of medical director of emergency services at |
|
|
Brazosport Regional Health System, which serves more than 30,000 |
|
|
patients annually in Brazoria County, and he is also the regional |
|
|
medical director for the southwest region of EmCare and the medical |
|
|
director for Lake Jackson EMS; Dr. Corley is certified by the |
|
|
American Board of Emergency Medicine, and he is a fellow of the |
|
|
American College of Emergency Physicians; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Through hard work and dedication, Dr. Corley has |
|
|
earned a distinguished place among the many outstanding medical |
|
|
professionals in the greater Houston area, and he has justly |
|
|
garnered the lasting respect of his colleagues, patients, and |
|
|
fellow Texans; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby congratulate Dr. Adam Corley on his selection as |
|
|
a Top Doctor by H Texas magazine and extend to him sincere best |
|
|
wishes for continued success; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Dr. Corley as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
