R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Minerva Rodriguez may take well-deserved pride in |
|
|
the outstanding service she rendered to the members of her |
|
|
community during her 39-year career with the Roma Independent |
|
|
School District; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Admired for her exceptional performance as a migrant |
|
|
recruiter, this esteemed Texan worked tirelessly to identify |
|
|
migrant families in the community and to assist them in taking |
|
|
advantage of the district's educational resources; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Through her unwavering commitment to helping |
|
|
others, Ms. Rodriguez carried forth the Roma ISD mission of |
|
|
providing a quality education to all area residents, and her |
|
|
efforts made a positive difference in the lives of countless |
|
|
families in South Texas; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend Minerva Rodriguez for her exemplary |
|
|
service to the Roma Independent School District and extend to her |
|
|
sincere best wishes for happiness and success in all her endeavors; |
|
|
and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Ms. Rodriguez as an expression of high regard by the |
|
|
Texas House of Representatives. |
