R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Brad Isbon has provided indispensable support to the |
|
|
office of Representative Roberto Alonzo during the 81st Legislative |
|
|
Session; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, A participant in the Austin Community College |
|
|
Legislative Internship Program, Mr. Isbon has managed his many |
|
|
daily responsibilities in an exceptional manner, demonstrating a |
|
|
commitment to excellence and the perseverance to overcome any |
|
|
challenge brought before him; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. Isbon graduated from Arlington High School in |
|
|
2006 and is currently a student at ACC; a member of the Kiwanis Key |
|
|
Club, he has volunteered with such worthwhile initiatives as |
|
|
Project Linus and Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF; in addition, he has |
|
|
tutored students at South Davis Elementary School, collected Coke |
|
|
tabs for Ronald McDonald House, and participated in Kooken |
|
|
Elementary Christmas adoption; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, This notable young Texan has also gained valuable |
|
|
work experience through his employment with Isbon Engineering & |
|
|
Associates and W3 Event Specialists; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Brad Isbon has performed his duties in |
|
|
Representative Alonzo's office with skill and dedication, and it is |
|
|
most fitting to take this opportunity to recognize him; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby commend Brad Isbon for his outstanding service |
|
|
as an intern in the office of Representative Roberto Alonzo and |
|
|
extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in all of |
|
|
his endeavors; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. Isbon as an expression of high regard by the Texas |
|
|
House of Representatives. |
