R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Residents of Richardson have greatly benefited from
  the dedicated leadership of Rhea Allison during his four years of
  service on the city council; and
         WHEREAS, After earning a bachelor's degree in education from
  Midwestern State University, Mr. Allison worked for Universal
  Forest Products and is currently employed with J. P. Hart Lumber
  Company; since he was elected to Place 2 on the city council in
  2005, he has served as the council liaison to the Library Board and
  as a member of the Richardson Revitalization Awards Committee; and
         WHEREAS, Mr. Allison is a devoted husband and father, and he
  is also active in St. Joseph Catholic Church, the Knights of
  Columbus Council No. 8954 and Mother Teresa Assembly No. 2506, and
  the University Estates North Homeowners Association; and
         WHEREAS, Rhea Allison is an outstanding public servant, and
  his achievements have helped to make Richardson an even better
  place in which to live and work; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas
  Legislature hereby commend Rhea Allison on his service as a member
  of the Richardson City Council and extend to him sincere best wishes
  for continued success and happiness; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Mr. Allison as an expression of high regard by the
  Texas House of Representatives.
