| relating to the practice of psychological associates. | ||
| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 501.259, Occupations Code, is amended by | ||
| adding Subsection (c) to read as follows: | ||
| (c) A psychological associate may not engage in the practice | ||
| of psychology unless the psychological associate practices under | ||
| the supervision of a psychologist. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2009. | ||
