AN ACT
|
|
|
relating to the repeal of the power of certain districts and water |
|
|
supply corporations to allow the use of right-of-way easements for |
|
|
certain energy-related purposes. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
|
SECTION 1. Section 49.2205, Water Code, is repealed. |
|
|
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2009. |
|
