| relating to the repeal of the power of certain districts and water | ||

| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 49.2205, Water Code, is repealed. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2009. | ||
