A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT
|
|
|
relating to the transfer of funds to the water infrastructure fund |
|
|
from the economic stabilization fund. |
|
|
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: |
|
|
SECTION 1. During the 2010-2011 biennium, the comptroller |
|
|
of public accounts shall transfer funds to the water infrastructure |
|
|
fund from the economic stabilization fund as necessary to fulfill |
|
|
the purposes of the water infrastructure fund as provided by |
|
|
Section 15.973, Water Code. |
|
|
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2009. |
