SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
|
|
|
BE IT RESOLVED by the 81st Legislature of the State of Texas, |
|
|
That, from amounts appropriated to the Texas Legislative Council |
|
|
for the state fiscal biennium ending August 31, 2011, the Texas |
|
|
Legislative Council with the written approval of the lieutenant |
|
|
governor and the speaker of the house of representatives may pay all |
|
|
or part of the dues required for the membership of an officer of |
|
|
this state to the Council of State Governments during any |
|
|
membership period of that organization that occurs in whole or part |
|
|
during that state fiscal biennium. |
