SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 404
         WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas takes pleasure in
  recognizing Theressa Bilger, who is retiring after 21 years of
  loyal service with the North Richland Hills Police Department;
  and
 
         WHEREAS, Terri Bilger joined the North Richland Hills
  Police Department on January 13, 1988, as a police records
  technician; in 1996, she was selected to join the newly created
  Professional Standards Division; and
 
         WHEREAS, In this division, she was responsible for
  processing and maintaining salary and personnel records on all
  police employees; she continued to work in this position for 10
  years, and was then assigned to her most recent position, as an
  administrative technician in the Office of the Chief of Police;
  and
 
         WHEREAS, Throughout her career, Terri skillfully handled
  her many responsibilities and was noted for her dedication and
  reliability; she has received numerous commendations and
  certificates of appreciation in recognition of her distinguished
  service; and
 
         WHEREAS, An exemplary public servant, Terri Bilger is
  beloved and respected by her colleagues at work, and her presence
  in the North Richland Hills Police Department will be greatly
  missed; now, therefore, be it
 
         RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 81st
  Legislature, hereby commend Theressa Bilger on her many years of
  outstanding service with the North Richland Hills Police
  Department and extend to her best wishes for the future; and, be
  it further
 
         RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
  her as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
