SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 851

WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to recognize Courtney J. White on the auspicious occasion of her graduation from the Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law on May 15, 2009; and

WHEREAS, Courtney White is a high achiever, who demonstrated exceptional skill and determination in pursuing the goals she set for herself; and

WHEREAS, Having faced the many challenges of law school, Courtney is now well prepared to embark on a career that holds countless exciting opportunities for her; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 81st Legislature, hereby join her family and friends in congratulating Courtney J. White on her graduation from the Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law and extend to her best wishes for the future; and, be it further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for her as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
