SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 935
         WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
  recognize Jasmine Sinclaire Moss, who is being presented as a
  debutante on June 13, 2009, at a Cotillion Ball in Dallas, Texas;
  and
 
         WHEREAS, A graduate of the Praise Fellowship Worship
  Center Debutante Program, Jasmine is an exemplary young woman of
  style, grace, and beauty; and
 
         WHEREAS, The daughter of Carla L. Moss and Jasper L. Moss,
  Jr., Jasmine is noted for her many talents and interests; she is
  an advanced placement studies scholar who is on the A and B honor
  roll in school; and
 
         WHEREAS, Jasmine's many skills include playing the flute,
  cheerleading, and cooking, and she has often served as a
  volunteer in her community; she has set a goal for herself of
  becoming a doctor so that she can further serve the public; and
 
         WHEREAS, Jasmine strives for excellence in all her
  endeavors, and she is a source of much pride to her family, her
  school, and her church; now, therefore, be it
 
         RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 81st
  Legislature, hereby commend Jasmine Sinclaire Moss on her many
  achievements and extend congratulations to her on her
  presentation as a debutante; and, be it further
 
         RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
  her as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
