SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 973

WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to recognize Margaret Yu Lee and Jack Isekang Chang on the joyful occasion of their marriage on Saturday, June 20, 2009; and

WHEREAS, The ceremony is taking place at the Intercontinental Hotel in Houston and will be followed by a reception at the same location; and

WHEREAS, The bride and groom are both from distinguished families, and the relatives and friends of Margaret and Jack are elated about the upcoming nuptials; and

WHEREAS, The Texas Senate is pleased to send warmest congratulations to Margaret and Jack as they begin their new life together, sharing in mutual love and respect; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 81st Legislature, hereby congratulate Margaret Yu Lee and Jack Isekang Chang on the auspicious occasion of their marriage and extend to them best wishes for much happiness in the future; and, be it further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for the couple in honor of this special day in their lives.
