as soon as she could; she was raised near Hochheim and Wiesbaden
in Germany with her beloved brother and coconspirator, Craig Lee
Kiplin; she graduated from San Antonio's Roosevelt "Rough
Riders" High School in 1977 and was admitted to the prestigious

graduated from the Saint Mary's University School of Law; and

pleasure in cheering her team to victory and National
Championships, particularly when the opposing team is wearing
red and black or scarlet and cream or maroon and white rival
jerseys; in her quieter, more reflective moments, she enjoys
blasting small game birds and clay pigeons with her Browning
Citori double-barreled over and under shotgun or encouraging her
children as they compete at lacrosse, soccer, baseball,
softball, basketball, and swimming competitions; and

WHEREAS, Kim Kiplin is the daughter-in-law of Joe D. Camp
