The Senate adopted the following resolutions: |

The Senate concurred in House amendments to the following: |

Relating to the use of a computer for an unauthorized purpose. |
|
Relating to licensing and inspection requirements of the Department of Family and Protective Services for certain facilities and homes providing child care; providing penalties. |
|
Relating to allowing a person who successfully completes a term of deferred adjudication community supervision to be eligible for a pardon. |
|
Relating to a prohibition against certain court orders in a suit affecting the parent-child relationship during a parent's military deployment. |
|
Relating to punishment for certain offenses committed in a disaster area or an evacuated area. |
|
Relating to creation of the Early Childhood Health and Nutrition Interagency Council. |
|
Relating to staff development requirements in public schools. |
|
Relating to training and continuing education for licensed electrical apprentices. |
|
Relating to a physician's delegation of prescriptive authority to physician assistants or advanced practice nurses. |
|
Relating to transportation safety training requirements for certain child-care providers. |

Relating to the time for dissolution of crime control and prevention districts. |

Relating to the establishment of a registry at the Texas Department of Insurance of certain legal entities alleged to have sold race-based insurance coverage. |

The Senate refused to concur in House amendments and requested the appointment of a Conference Committee on the following: |

Relating to the civil and criminal consequences of operating a motor vehicle or a watercraft while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol. |
|
Relating to the retention by a county or municipality of certain court costs for maintaining and supporting a certified breath alcohol testing program. |
|
Relating to the jurisdiction of and appeals from certain courts. |
|
Relating to the creation of the Harrison County Groundwater Conservation District; providing authority to impose a tax and issue bonds. |
|
Relating to the continuation and functions of the Commission on Jail Standards. |
|
Relating to a parenting and paternity awareness component of the health curriculum used in public high schools. |
|
Relating to the name and confirmation of, and to certain fees imposed by, the McLennan County Groundwater Conservation District. |
The Senate granted the request for the appointment of a Conference Committee on the following: |

Relating to the continuation and functions of the Texas Department of Transportation, including the transfer of certain functions to the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles and the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation; providing penalties. |

Relating to competitive procurement requirements for local governments. |
|
Relating to the proceedings that may be referred to and the powers of a criminal law magistrate in Bexar County. |
|
Relating to creating a task force to develop uniform standards for subdivisions in the unincorporated areas of counties near the international border and in economically distressed counties. |
|
Relating to protections provided by the Department of Agriculture for certain consumers; providing penalties. |
|
Relating to ballot issues for a local option election to prohibit the sale of alcoholic beverages. |
