No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code and would require the Texas State Board of Pharmacy to adopt rules relating to labeling requirements for drugs dispensed by pharmacists. Based on the information provided by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy, it is assumed that costs associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.
