No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Occupations Code to require the State Board of Pharmacy to adopt rules relating to its membership and operation. Based on the analysis of the Board of Pharmacy and the Office of the Attorney General, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
