No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Labor Code relating to block grant funding for certain workforce training and employment programs and functions by the Texas Workforce Commission. 

Based on the analysis of the Texas Workforce Commission, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
