No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would amend the Utilities Code to require the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUC) to adopt rules to implement the provisions of the bill.

Based on information provided by the PUC, it is assumed that all costs associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
