No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend statute and require each state agency to submit to the Comptroller of Public Accounts information related to the cost of services and benefits provided to undocumented immigrants. The Comptroller shall produce an annual report of the information provided by agencies on the cost of those services and benefits. It is assumed that any additional costs associated with implementation of the bill could be absorbed within existing state resources.

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
